Next Big Leap Next Big Leap

What to expect when you work with us

A clear, structured process from first conversation to finished implementation.

The journey

Four steps from conversation to competitive advantage

01

Initial conversation

A short call to understand your business, your market and where you feel the pressure. No pitch and no obligation. We listen, ask questions and work out whether the audit is the right starting point for your situation.

What you get

Clarity on whether the audit fits your situation. If it does not, we will tell you directly.

02

Competitive gap audit

The structured assessment. We examine your competitors' messaging, your positioning, your key page flows and your conversion paths. This typically takes two to three weeks depending on the complexity of your market.

What you get

A detailed report with specific findings and a prioritised roadmap of what to fix first.

03

Recommendations and roadmap

We walk you through the findings and the prioritised fixes with clear reasoning behind each recommendation. You decide what to act on. Some clients take the roadmap to their own team. Others move to implementation with us.

What you get

A practical action plan with clear priorities. No pressure to continue beyond this point.

04

Implementation

If you choose to proceed, we rebuild your key pages and integrate systems directly inside your existing platform. Craft CMS, WordPress or Laravel. Timelines depend on scope, but you work with one senior person from start to finish.

What you get

Rebuilt pages, integrated systems and a direct line to the person who built them.

Common questions

What people usually want to know

How long does the audit take?

Typically two to three weeks from start to delivery. The timeline depends on the number of competitors in your market and the complexity of your key pages.

What does it cost?

The audit is a fixed-scope engagement. We discuss pricing on the initial call once we understand the size and shape of the work. There are no hidden costs or ongoing commitments.

Do I have to commit to a rebuild?

No. The audit works on its own. Many clients take the findings to their existing team or agency. If you want us to implement the recommendations, we can discuss that separately.

What if I already have a developer or agency?

Not a problem. The audit report is written so that any good developer or agency can act on it. You can also use it to brief your existing team more effectively.

What industries do you work with?

Primarily professional services, B2B services and e-commerce. The audit works best for businesses with an existing product or service that is underperforming online against known competitors.

How involved do I need to be?

Very little during the audit itself. We need an initial conversation and access to your analytics. After that, we present findings and you decide what happens next.

Next step

The first step is a conversation

Tell us about your business and where you feel the pressure. We will let you know whether the audit is the right fit.

Describe your situation

No commitment. We reply within one working day.
