Problem
The client had a variety of issues that needed to be dealt with. Issues ranged from getting too many spam emails, plugin updates, error messages, changing character limits to Google maps problems.
Solution
Using our project management system, the client was able to list all the issues that needed to be dealt with and looked into. The client was able to prioritise issues.
Through meetings and discussions, we were able to guide and give the client advice on the best approach to take, what to prioritise and what didn't need to be done straight away.
The client can add new tasks and issues as they come up.
